Back To School
August 10, 2015Organize for National Preparedness Month
August 24, 2015With the start of school comes the start of finding what to have for lunch 5X a week. Something yummy but healthy, fresh but durable, in vogue but satisfying. It’s not like having a uniform for school. You might get tired of wearing the same thing every day, but at least it’s easy to overlook. But who wants to eat the same thing every day? It’s quite the challenge! What’s a mom or kid to do?
-
Pick 1 day per week to buy your lunch at school. Whatever day has the food you love to eat, allow you child to buy that day. It helps break up the monotony of taking a lunch, is something for them to look forward to & gives you that bit of leverage all parent needs.
-
Have your child help you select what their lunch options will be for lunch from a parent-created list of items. Place all the options you choose on the kitchen table. Then let your child show you their favorites combinations.
-
Find the superest, coolest, most fantabulous lunchbox & inserts available. There are so many wonderful options! Yes, plastic baggies are cheap, easy & familiar but why continue to add to our landfills? Why continue to contribute to lunchbox smoosh; a seriously embarrassing lunch condition? Enable your kids to be the leader of the pack with stylish lunchwear.
I’m here to help you by disclosing my knowledge of how to organize & be prepared for any situation.
