In the home of Mrs. Claus
Every guest is made welcome
She takes the greatest care
To comfort the wearisome
In each and every guest room
Fresh linens make the beds
Downy towels await for baths
In rooms, a cozy throw in red
She considers each guest’s needs;
Forgotten toiletries; extra pillows
Charging outlet for their phones
Draperies darkening the windows
When each day comes to a close
And eyes are heavy with sleep
Guests find bottled water bedside
A soft light for night’s darkness deep
Enticing coffee and tea aroma
Permeate their awakening
And a breakfast laid with care
From the kitchen is beckoning
When festivities have to end,
Each gushes in great delight,
“Happy Holidays, dear hostess;
You’ve made our visit bright.”
