I’m going to say it.  The Holidays are upon us. If you are in denial about getting your home prepared for the holidays – or let’s be honest, making your life easy for the holidays – it’s time to get off your binge watching sofa & address the issues.

This whole week I’m going to highlight products/furniture/decor that will help you stylishly organize your home & at the same time, make your life sane….at least by 10%.  Some items – very few – will be specific to one retailer while most can be found all over.  It would be up to you to find your style & price point at Amazon Prime, Home Goods, Target, Tuesday Morning, IKEA, Ballard Designs, Wisteria and on and on.  So let’s start completing those overdue household tasks & make your home the one everyone oohh’s and aahh’s over this year.

1.  Trays You can never have enough trays everywhere in your home to collect items you really feel need to be on top of a desk, countertop, coffee table, table, etc.  It gives those items a cozy little home until you are ready, and when it is overflowing it is ready, to address the waiting decisions.

2. Stair Basket Have a 2-story home?  Do you set items to go upstairs on the stairs?  Make taking them up easy.  When it’s full, it’s time to take it up & unload.

3. Message Boards  These work in offices, Command Centers, kids rooms, utility rooms, pantries & for jewelry.  Pick your fabric, push pins & pin away.

4. Boot Tray  Yes, your shoes/boots need a home by the back door, front door, mud room, utility room, garage or wherever you want to pull your shoes off & store them outside your closet.  These are also good to store unused flower pots, gardening soil/compost bins, pinion wood, unused baskets.  It’s a tray for utility items!

5. Fold-Out Drying Racks  Hold guest towels, wrapping paper/tissue, buckled belts, scarves, baby blankets, magazines and more.

6. A Better Nightstand It’s true!  Give your guests or you for that matter a nightstand with semi-hidden charging station from Ballard Design.  There are TWO styles to choose from.  Mind blown…..

7. Double Towel Rod  Limited space in your bath to hang towels? Try this double towel rod so all guests can hang their wet towels.

8. Leather Charging Station  You spend a lot of money on your hand-held devices. Shouldn’t they recoup in luxury & stop being such an eyesore?

9. Pet Toy Basket Don’t forget your fury children’s needs or let them cramp your style.  Store toy’s in cute baskets or just retire an old basket for a cute new one.

10. Pet Feeder Station  Yep!  This is pretty awesome & solves a whole lot of organizing, storing & styling issues all at once.
