January 11, 2017[vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text]We are here to help you with figuring out where to store your holiday decor. From trees, lights, and ornaments to candles, crystal and holiday pictures, this is your new go-to list![/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/6″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”5/6″][vc_column_text]
ATTIC or GARAGE
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
- Garland
- Tree
- Lights
- Gift Wrap
- Holiday Cards
- Ornaments
- Stockings
- Dishes
- Paper Goods
- Crafts
- Extra fabric
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]To store these types of items, we recommend selecting storage bins made of plastic with latching handles/lids so they will remain closed. We tend to enclose small items in ziploc bags and place inside the storage bin to keep them from getting dusty. This is great for paper goods or fabric items.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/6″][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”5/6″][vc_column_text]
AIR CONDITIONED SPACE
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
- Candles
- Delicate and/or Heirloom Ornaments/Decor
- Delicate Fabrics i.e. wool or silk
- Silver
- Crystal
- China
- Framed Holiday Pictures
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Do you have upper cabinets that require a ladder? Do you have lower cabinets you have to lay on the floor to access and crawl back into? Do you have a storage unit? (You can call me to help you organize out of that…but that’s for another blog.) Use these for “once a year” decor items. It will free up easily accessed space for items you use more often.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row]
